Magic Kingdom for me is my favorite park. Don’t get me wrong I love being at Walt Disney World where pixie dust really does exist and everyone is treated like royalty. But there is nothing like Magic Kingdom as soon as it opens.
If you are one of the first to walk through the gates at Magic Kingdom in the morning its breath taking as you start down main street there is no one to be seen and the Castle in all its glory is welcoming you the hustle and bustle has not started yet and the stores are opening and the smells are so welcoming. As you continue your walk you are greeted with Disney music and happy cast members and Disney magic. My excitement at this point is overwhelming.
Being at Magic Kingdom is like coming home after being away too long. By the time you have gotten to the circle in front of the Castle the crowds have caught up with you but for a very short moment it’s like this fairytale world was just yours even if it was just for a moment.
